Eyelets

Happy Tuesday my friends! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! We celebrated Father’s day this year at the beautiful Terranea Resort.  What a gorgeous place!  They hosted their annual “Music on the Meadows” music festival…it was so fun!  We had yummy food, drinks, played lots of fun lawn games while listening to live music.  And we couldn’t have asked for better weather too!  Well we are now back to reality.  I honestly did not want to come home.  We are currently living out of our garage.  I didn’t think the disorganization would get to me…well it is now starting too.  BTW: total champagne problems…lol.  For those that don’t know we are remodeling a few things around the house.  New paint, flooring, kitchen island, etc.  We are leaving most of kitchen cabinets and just re-finishing them.  Can’t wait to see how they turn out…and to have a working kitchen again!

In other news…let’s talk about this beautiful dress!  I typically do my shopping online but I actually picked this dress up in-store. I saw it and couldn’t wait to try it on! It fits amazingly and is so comfortable. I’m wearing an XS here. I absolutely love the ruffled sleeves and the eyelet pattern and scalloped hemlines are so pretty. It comes with a removable slip so it’s not see-through. Because the dress is very sweet, I paired it with some booties, a darker toned bag, and some fun earrings to give it a more modern look…but you can always pair it with some strappy sandals and clutch and I think it would look great as well. This is definitely more of a day dress so I would keep the makeup neutral. It would be perfect for a shower, brunch, or even a daytime wedding!

P.S. Did you know that Anthropologie now offers FREE Shipping on all orders over $150…YAY!

You can shop this dress here and below…(I also love this one!)
