Hi, Semra here…Aylins mom. If you like Tuna salad sandwich I guarantee you’ll like this even better. We often grill salmon for dinner and occasionally have some leftover. That prompted me to come up with this recipe. Now we purposely add extra pieces when we grill salmon.

5 ounces piece of leftover grilled salmon (Linked Here)
4 slices of your favorite bread (Linked Here)
1 stalk of celery diced (Linked Here)
2-3 chopped baby pickles (Linked Here)
2 green onions finely sliced (Linked Here)
2 Tbsp fresh dill chopped (Linked Here)
1 tomato thinly sliced (Linked Here)
3 Tbsp mayonnaise (Linked Here)
1 Tbsp capers chopped (Linked Here)
Zest and juice of 1/2 lemon (Linked Here)
Salt & Pepper to taste (Linked Here & Here)



  • Mix all the ingredients until combined and divide in half
  • Place them on two pieces of lightly roasted bread
  • Place tomato slices on the other two and close together. Serve with your favorite salad.
