TEN STEPS to better sleep

 

Winding down is one my favorite parts of the day…unless I fall asleep on the sofa watching tv. I have a few tips, products & rituals I swear by that help me get a good night’s sleep. I used to be such a late owl and would be functioning on only 5 to 6 hours of sleep per night. I didn’t realize until a recent vacation where I truly got caught up and rested…& experienced what a difference it made in my mood, anxiety, and my personality lol. Ever since I got back, I’ve been on a mission to get a good nights sleep at home. It’s easier said than done for sure. Please see below for some things that have really helped me.
