It’s always a race to the mailbox this time of year to see what holiday cards have arrived. It’s so fun to see friends, families and display their beautiful cards in our home. Today I am teaming up with Walmart to share some beautiful holiday card designs and how quick and easy it was to design our own and have it delivered. I also love that Walmart has free 2 day shipping on most items and orders over $35…
So to start my holiday card design I grabbed a double espresso, put on my cozies and set up my laptop by the tree. I was able to easily import our family photo and upload it to Walmart.com. I love that they show you a preview so there’s no surprises once you get the card. They give you different color options and also the back of the card is a great place to add an extra special note. What I do with holiday cards after the holiday season is over
I know a lot of cards end up in the recycling but I have been keeping everyone’s card for the past eight years. Once the holiday is over I take down all the cards and put them in a large envelope. I then write the date on the outside of the envelope/package. Then I store all these envelopes in the Christmas bins with the decorations. It’s so fun to open them and flip through them every Holiday. We have a lot of family friends that have kids…so it’s especially special to see how much the kids have grown year after year.
Here I’m designing the cards online. It was so easy and fun to do!
