HOLIDAY DECOR AND FIREPLACE MANTLE

Hey friends, I can’t believe the holidays are already here! I’ve rounded up my favorite holiday decor items that I absolutely love.  This season, I’ve added in a few more greenery pieces like this wreath and garland made out of fake eucalyptus leaves. There are many different ways you can style these pieces such as above your stove (like me) or above your mantle, on your door, etc.  I’ve also decided to reuse my glass trees (Similar here: glass Christmas trees) this year because they are one of my absolute favorite decorations.  I love them so much I had to pick up a few more this year at the store (fyi: I picked mine up at HomeGoods). They are so timeless and the perfect festive touch to any decor style.   Also I’m getting a lot of questions about my Christmas tree.  I bought it this year at Walmart and absolutely love it!  It’s 7.5 feet tall and is pre-flocked and already lit.  It is so beautiful. The price is right too! You can shop my exact tree here.

2017 Mantle

Last year I decorated with real eucalyptus, glass trees, faux wreaths and lots of fluffy pillows and throws.  The cookies and milk was a fun little touch…and my kids loved eating it after these pictures.

2018 Mantle

This year I went a little more minimal.  I love the set up from last year but it was a little on the busy side for my taste.  The floor of this photo below did make me laugh.  Looks like I gave it no thought at all compared to last years throw, pillow, slippers, fluff and cookies…lol.   This year I also went with a faux eucalyptus garland…which is a GAME CHANGER.  BTW:  I used 2 on my mantle…but I think I could have gotten away with using just one.   2 just makes it look a little extra full.

You can shop them here…and I think they are also on sale!

Thank you so much for stopping by today! Wishing you and your families happiness and health this holiday season.
