I can hardly believe that it is already May! I have a fun trip with friends coming up and it felt so far away and now I’m realizing it’s right around the corner. Naturally, I have been looking for a few cute things to take with me on my trip and I found a really cute jumpsuit at Banana Republic. Rompers/Jumpsuits are such a great choice for travel because it doesn’t take up as much room in your suitcase as a full ensemble might. Two tips I may suggest is one…make sure you get the correct length for your height and body type. Two, I tend to like my rompers a size larger than I would typically wear. If you try it on and it feels like it may not be working try to size up one. It varies between brands and styles but the looser fit personally feels more comfortable to me. In this particular jumpsuit I ordered my true size and it fit great. I think Rompers are so fun and comfy and I love to accessorize them. Cute shoes, big sunglasses and my favorite… layered bracelets for the win!

Jumpsuit
I have to say that this Jumpsuit is pretty comfortable. It’s made from a light weight blend of linen and cotton which helps you stay a little cooler since these are breathable fabrics. Perfect for my vacay! I feel like I have a longer torso and it fits me great… and runs true to size. Additionally, I like the wide-leg silhouette and that it has a belted sash to help accentuate your waist. Also, another nice thing about this jumpsuit is that it is really nicely lined inside… the lining ends about mid-thigh (like shorts) to help you stay cool as spring is warming up this season.
Pants
These Pants are very similar to the bottom half of the Jumpsuit I chose. They are high-waisted, wide-leg luxe linen and soft, breathable cotton, and they actually have a really nice stretch to them. The cuff on the bottom showing the pinstripe moving horizontally is really cute too. I paired them with this Sweater Tank also from Banana Republic.
