Hi Friends and Happy Halloween! With the holidays coming up and decorating in full swing, I’ve been going through each and every room to see how I can switch things up. This lead me to my daughters bedroom. We started with a pretty neutral pallet so we wanted to add some fun pops of color and make a cute little reading nook for her. I am so excited to share what we added. Most of the items were from Drew Barrymore’s new super cute line called Flower Kid’s and it is exclusive to Walmart. There are so many fun pieces for all ages both girls and boys. I recommend taking a look if you have been wanting to mix things up for your kids too!
B E D D I N G
I love this bedding. Honestly it brings back a bit of nostalgia because it reminds me of the strawberry shortcake doll. Do you remember that doll? I was strawberry shortcake obsessed…from stickers, erasers, toys, you name it….lol. These strawberries add fun and color and it is the perfect addition to the bedroom. This set includes a comforter, fitted sheet, flat sheet, a pillowcases, and a shams and is available in two sizes. Also it is all less than $45 which is amazing! Also, this pom pom accent pillow is so cute!
L A M P
This is a little ceramic cloud shaped night light in a soft pink color and it is so adorable! It has a really sweet glow at night.
My daughter absolutely loves and uses it every night.
It is such a cute addition to her room decor but is functional too which I love.
This night light also comes in a cute lemonade color.

We pulled some little shelf towers (similar) together and put all of her books in it to create a little reading nook.
I added a small round faux fur rug and then hung this super cute eyelash art right above the books.
It’s a little different but so fun and girlie.
P L A T E S
These plates are so fun! They come in a pack of six and each is a different color. There is also a matching cup and portable cup with a lid and straw. I got them to have some extra kid friendly plates in the kitchen but they haven’t made it out of my daughters play kitchen in her room. Eventually they will become functional. lol But for now she is loving them and that makes this mama so happy.
