I love finding beautiful neutral pieces that are budget friendly. Recently my go to place has been H&M. I’ve been so impressed with the quality of their dresses and the prices are so good. I searched their new arrivals and found a few really great dresses that are perfect for summer like this beach dress that would also work as a swim cover up. I also really like this dress. It could work great for a wedding guest for a garden wedding or dressed up for a more formal wedding with the right accessories.
