It’s almost here, the Nordstrom anniversary sale! This is my 8th year covering the sale. With so many items marked down it can be overwhelming to pick & choose…and to be honest we don’t need a ton of stuff. So that’s where I come in to help. I go through all the items & streamline by finding quality over quantity, good basics & pieces you can rewear over & over. Helping make this sale easier for you to shop is my main goal. Also your trust in me is everything & I’ll only be sharing items I personally love. I’m always honest in my reviews and if the quality isn’t up to my standards I will NOT share it just to share it.
Investing in good basics that will last, beauty favorites, shoes & splurge worthy items is what I personally like to spend my money on during this sale. It’s also a great opportunity to buy those luxury pieces while they are at a discounted price…and maybe even pick up a few big-ticket Christmas gifts too!

Early access is a huge bonus because a lot of items sell out the first day and are not always re-stocked. You can get a Nordstrom Credit Card or even a Debit Card through Nordstrom in order to gain early access. So… the biggest tip is obviously to check out right when the sale opens. The second tip is to make a plan. Create a wishlist, make sure to add all the items you want from the preview ahead of time. I’ll be sharing my list with you soon so you’ll have time to add to yours.
My personal preference is to shop online. If you love it…buy it! Items WILL SELL OUT and they will sell out FAST! If you’re unsure about sizes, Nordstrom offers FREE SHIPPING & RETURNS so you can get your size and another backup size and return whatever doesn’t work at no extra cost. Nordstrom sends you a prepaid label with your order so it really couldn’t be easier! If you don’t want to fight the crowds AND don’t want to wait for your items in the mail you can order Curbside Pick up!
All Cardmembers can shop early access starting July 13th. Depending on your Nordy Club status you may be able to start shopping as soon as July 11th (July 10th at 9pm of you’re on the west coast or midnight on the east coast). You can shop the sale in open stores during normal business hours. The sale opens up to everyone July 17th – August 6th. Online shopping begins at 12:00am EST and 9:00pm PST.

7/3 – 7/10 – Preview that everyone can access
7/11 – 7/16 – ICON is the first to gain early access to the sale
7/12 – 7/16 – AMBASSADOR is the second to gain early access to the sale
7/13 – 7/16 – INFLUENCER is the third cardmember to have early access to the sale
7/17 – 8/06 – THE ANNIVERSARY SALE OPENS UP TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC
The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is the biggest fashion event of the year. This sale has become legendary among Nordstrom customers for outstanding savings on the most exciting new fall fashion, along with plenty of stuff for summer.
It’s your opportunity to pick up those pieces you have been eyeing…but at a discounted price. This is basically a fall preview sale so you can get your Coats, Designer Jeans, Boots, Jewelry, Handbags and all your staple items at a great price. You can get Birthday or Holiday presents early too. Don’t we always try and start early every year but never do? This is the perfect opportunity to get ahead and save some cash!
