The kids are officially out for summer & we’re on one of our favorite family vacations…enjoying the lake life in Michigan. The weather has been a bit cooler than normal but we’ve been able to get in some good boat time. I’ll be taking some time off however I have some new outfits to share with you…including some of the looks I wore on the lake. In the meantime see below for this weeks “outfit of the week”. Loving this effortlessly casual look. Having a good to pair of denim jeans like these is a closet staple must have. You can create endless looks with the right jeans. I also love a button down white shirt like this one. They’re so versatile and can double as a swim cover up if you buy it oversized to add some length. I dressed these pieces up a bit with black strappy heels and a designer tote bag. Love the raffia on this one that gives it a summer feel.
T U E S D A Y
This look is so sweet and feminine. I really like this peplum style tank and the texture on it. I paired it with a wide leg neutral trouser and cute black t-strap sandals. Add in some pretty gold jewelry and a crossbody bag like this beautiful raffia YSL camera bag.
W E D N E S D A Y
This look is great for a work meeting or a casual day at the office. Pairing a basic black tank with dark denim jeans makes it feel a little dressier. I’m also a big fan of an oversized boyfriend blazer. Go from the office to happy hour by wearing it draped over your shoulders. This gives it more a fashionable feel rather than a work vibe. I paired it with a natural textured handbag from YSL and some pretty flat neutral sandals.
T H U R S D A Y
This look is great for school drop off then running errands. Wearing a lightweight button up with these really cute neutral shorts will have you comfy and feeling put together. To be hands free I chose a quilted belt bag from MZ wallace and one of my favorite pair of sneakers.
F R I D A Y
Athleisure is one of my go to styles because is practical and comfortable. These joggers are one of my favorites. I’m guilty of owning them in several colors. The quality and fit is fantastic. I paired a stripe tank with this lightweight chambray button up top. I would wear it unbuttoned. Add in your favorite handbag and some sneakers and you’re ready to run those errands!
S A T U R D A Y
Saturdays are usually filled with running errands and doing fun stuff with the family. This look is super casual but will have you ready for anything from lunch by the beach or shopping. I’m really loving button up tops like this one. They’re great for throwing over leggings or shorts to get some extra coverage. I styled it with black denim shorts and dressed it up a bit with a designer Celine crossbody. Also, these sandals are great. I have them in two colors and they’re really comfy!

This dress is great for summer. I love the neutral print. This would also make a great warm weather vacation dress too. I paired it with a denim jean jacket like this one and some flat sandals. I always love to dress looks up with a designer bag. This one is beautiful and one of my favorites.
