Happy Friday eve! I’ve started my Halloween decorating but only 1/2 way. This week has been so crazy! Are any of you girls out there struggling to do all 500 things we need to do in a day too?! lol Anyhow…this weekend I am determined (hoping) to get it all done!
One thing I did make time for was finding the perfect chic work outfit for you girls and I’m so excited to share the two I put together! This is a great dress pant. It’s a timeless style. The super high waist helps to accentuate your waist. Honestly so many styles of tops could be paired with them. The pant does run a little long though which makes them perfect for heels. You can add any belt to it which is nice plus it has a hook and eye with a zipper closure. It also has a little stretch to it which I love and makes them pretty comfortable. The great thing about having nice black pants is that you can wear them over and over when pairing a different top or sweater with them. These are a great staple piece for any wardrobe because you can get year round use out of them.

You guys…this sweater is so beautiful! The fabric is really soft and it comes in black and a really pretty light blue. Unfortunately this oatmeal is not in stock but hopefully it will be again soon. The mock neck is great for an office where you are looking down at your computer all day. My favorite part are the sleeves. They are just so good. They bell out by the wrist and it adds so much character in addition to the ribbed hem. This mock neck tank is the perfect top for fall. You can wear it under jackets or sweaters and it won’t make you too warm. This tank is great paired with anything like dress pants, pencil skirts or even denim jeans. It is a great staple to have in your closet as well because it can be worn over several seasons. As a tip.. I love putting together a monochrome look. It is so quick and effortless but just looks so chic and polished. Both the sweater and this mock neck tank are a great option for the office.

This coat is made from a wool-blend fabric that is silk lined and has a really pretty shawl collar. It is so sleek and I am obsessed with the warm caramel color. The belted design gives this trench a sophisticated look that works perfectly over dresses, skirts, and even pants making it a great purchase this fall. I love it layered over a monochrome black or cream outfit. It just looks so classy and timeless.
