PUMPKIN muffins


I love simple muffin recipes. I have a feeling after trying this recipe it might become one of your favorites too. Enjoy the holiday season!

1 Package of pumpkin Bread & Muffin Mix
1 cup Pumpkin purée (Linked Here)
1/4  cup vegetable oil (Linked Here)
3/4  cup water
1/2  cup chocolate chip or pumpkin seeds (optional) (Linked Here & Here)


  • Heat oven to 400 F degrees 
  • Combine eggs, oil, water and the pumpkin purée in a medium bowl.  
  • Add mix. Fold together with a rubber spatula until batter is smooth 
  • Butter muffin tins or use paper muffin cups 2/3 full. 
  • Please chocolate chip or pumpkin seeds or both (why not) on top. 
  • Bake about 18-20 min or 
  • Check by inserting a toothpick, if it comes out clean it’s done. 

I recommend doubling the recipe because they go very fast.
