Hi girls! Hope you’re all having a great weekend! I can’t believe that Thanksgiving is almost here. The good news is that Thanksgiving is one week earlier this year…so that means we have an extra week to prep for Christmas, New Years, etc!
One question I get asked a lot is “what to wear for the holidays”. And Thanksgiving in particular. Whether you want to dress up or down…I have some TIPS that I hope will help. This beautiful dress comes in a few different colors, I love the sleeve detail and the pretty velvet fabric. The material is really soft to the skin. Dress runs true to size. I ordered an xs and a small…and I’m going to keep the size XS. I also rounded up some outfit ideas for you….
MY LOOK
COMFORT IS KEY: Whether you’re dressing up or down…always think about comfort. If what you’re wearing is too hot, itchy, tight, etc…you will not be able to completely enjoy the day. My recommendation is to wear a shift style dress in a comfortable material. Sweater dresses work great too! I’m not a fan of wearing super tight clothing, especially pants on Thanksgiving. I like to be able to move around, help out, sit, mingle, talk and eat without needing to unbutton my pants…lol.
