I love a matching set and this one is so pretty. It’s great for a workout or hiking. It can also be dressed up as athleisure with a button up top and some cute sneakers. I’ve used this amazing foundation for years. It’s my go to and has full buildable coverage. It helps even out your skin tone and comes in a few formulas depending on if you want an illuminating finish or a matte finish. It’s also skincare because they’ve included hyaluronic acid to help hydrate and plum the look of fine lines, Niacinamide to help with skin tone, vitamin E to soothe and nourish and of course SPF 50+ to protect from sun damage. It doesn’t crease and lasts all day.

I’m obsessed with my Oura ring. It’s an understated fitness/sleep tracker and comes in gold, silver, rose gold and black and two different styles. It’s main function is to track your sleep. It measures your sleep efficiency, and how restful your sleep actually was. It also measures your readiness level for activity to help you know when you can push yourself or when you should be at rest. This has been a game changer in my sleep health. Since using it I’ve been getting to bed earlier & thinking twice when I want to grab a glass of wine. But moderation is key. It also tracks steps and activity & you can log workouts. It syncs to an app so you can view all your results. I love how it’s so understated and looks like a regular piece of jewelry so there’s no style compromise.

I love using glass straws because they’re earth friendly & reusable. Great for all your summer drinks, cocktails and coffee to avoid staining your teeth. These come in a pack of 12 (6 straight and 6 bent) straws so you have enough for the whole family. I also like that they’re easier to clean and more sanitary since you can see what’s actually inside of them. They also come with a cleaning brush which is nice.
B E L T B A G
This belt bag is so cute and a perfect texture for fall and winter. It’s offered in a few colors and would make a great gift this holiday season. I like to pair this with athleisure to keep it casual and hands free or to dress up a simple going out look to elevate it. This is a smaller bag (7.5″ x 2″ x 5″) which holds your essentials like phone, ID, lip gloss & keys. This wouldn’t replace your everyday bag, however, it’s great to use for travel to hold your passport, etc.

These travel mugs have gone viral for a reason. They’re so good. They’ll keep your drink either hot or iced for hours. I also like that they come in several sizes and styles. Bonus…they fit in my car cup holder. These make fun and easy gifts too because everyone loves them!

These slides are so comfortable and amazing. They have a nice cushioned foam lining & yoga mat type sole but are also very supportive. They’re under $60 and come in several color options. I picked up the neutral colorways and they’re great paired with athleisure but you can easily just wear them around the house too.
