SAUTÉED SPINACH and eggs

 

I’m sure you all had spinach in your omelettes or in a frittata in the past. I guarantee after trying this recipe it’s going to be your favorite. All because of the seasonings. Try it just once, it will be a regular in your breakfast menu rotation.

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups organic baby spinach (Linked Here)
2 eggs (Linked Here)
1 string cheese sliced (Linked Here)
1/2 Tbsp butter or olive oil (Linked Here)
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (Linked Here)
1/2 tsp Aleppo pepper (optional) (Linked Here)
1 tsp freeze-dry chopped onion (Linked Here)

 

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

  • In a small nonstick pan melt butter and toast onion, pepper and cumin seeds
  • Add spinach and sauté until wilted
  • Make two holes and crack the eggs
  • Add sliced string cheese cover and cook 3 min on medium low
