INGREDIENTS:
2 cups organic baby spinach (Linked Here)
2 eggs (Linked Here)
1 string cheese sliced (Linked Here)
1/2 Tbsp butter or olive oil (Linked Here)
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (Linked Here)
1/2 tsp Aleppo pepper (optional) (Linked Here)
1 tsp freeze-dry chopped onion (Linked Here)
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a small nonstick pan melt butter and toast onion, pepper and cumin seeds
- Add spinach and sauté until wilted
- Make two holes and crack the eggs
- Add sliced string cheese cover and cook 3 min on medium low
