WHAT I PACKED FOR PARK CITY

We just got back from Deer Valley-Park City, Utah & wow what a beautiful city.  With all the snow around it felt like a real life, magical winter wonderland. If you’ve never been…I highly recommend it. Being from San Diego (with no four seasons)… we were kinda freaking out (loving) all the white snow, icicles, snow topped roofs, etc . The weather was definitely cold but we came prepared with lots of layers. For everyone asking about what I packed…I’m breaking it down detailed for you below. If you don’t have any cold weather trips coming up you can bookmark this post for later.  I hope this is helpful for you…thanks for stopping by!

My favorite part of a ski day…the ski outfit lol. I actually wore these ski pants most of the trip. They do run small so I would recommend sizing up at least one size. They are lined with fleece and it’s more of a fitted style so you can take it from the slopes to the lodge or out to dinner. I wore this sweater skiing one of the days and also wore it to dinner after. Here is another “ski” sweater that I wore apres’.  I also packed this budget friendly sweater & this favorite tunic from free people (more color options here).  I also love this sweatpant and sweatshirt coordinating set. I have it in the light gray and just picked it up in the black color way. This is what I wore on our travel day because it’s so cozy.

I packed a few different jacket options for our trip. This winter jacket is stylish and will keep you warm, it also has lots of zip pockets to store credit cards lipgloss etc. while you’re out and about or skiing. I also have it in the beige colorway.  It runs naturally oversized. I have it in the size x-small. If you’re looking for something a little sportier I highly recommend this other jacket I packed. It’s very soft comfortable has pockets and I absolutely love the color! I wore this jacket one of the days we went skiing and also when we went on our dogsledding excursion. I have this jacket in an X-small in the color light brown.

I ordered so many options before our trip and narrowed it down to one favorite set. And yay, it is budget friendly!  These would go under your snow pants or ski gear. I highly recommend this set from Amazon. Runs true to size. I have it in the “black” and the “cream white” colorway. They were so useful on the trip and I wore them multiple times. Bonus: they are lined with fleece.  If you’re looking for a super comfy legging (also fleece lined)… love this pair too! It’s stretchy & soooo comfy on the skin.

I bought a few pairs for the trip. I didn’t end up wearing them all, so I’ll be returning those however I’m still going to link them for you because they are all comfortable and Stylin approved!  See boot option One, Two, Three & Four I also recently needed to replace my tall UGG boots. I picked up this similar pair on Amazon and I absolutely love them. FYI they do run a tiny bit big.

This stylish scarf came in very handy. It not only kept me warm but added a chic layer to my all black outfit (it’s reversible too).  These cashmere fingerless gloves were probably the most used accessory of the trip! They were a splurge item but so worth it and I’ll use them for many seasons to come. (Here is a more budget friendly option).   This beanie was a fun accessory to wear on the slopes… Here is also a more budget friendly option. These ski goggles are great quality & help with the snow glare.  FYI: these handwarmers are a must!! I can’t tell you how much they saved our hands and toes from freezing.

I like to pack extra hydrating beauty products especially when traveling. I always pack a vitamin C serum, rich cream, PM serum, a hydrating facial spray and some type of exfoliating mask or scrub. Also, this rich cream is a splurge item but it is one of the best facial creams I have ever used. I also love traveling with it because I use that as my day cream and my night cream. I pack minimal makeup…but always a foundation (Color Neutral Tan), concealer (shade 22N light neutral), mascara, eyebrow powder (Shade Medium Brown) and lip mask/gloss (I use this spatula).  I also pack these tanning drops which I love! It helps give you a nice base and I tend to use less makeup when my face has a slight tan.
