I love being outdoors with my kids! Pool, beach, walks and warm sun. One of my favorite anti-aging accessories is a wide rimmed hat! Counting just on sunscreen to provide protection from the sun is not enough. A hat with at least a 2-3 inch brim all around is ideal. That protects areas that are often exposed to the intense sun: nose, forehead, ears, eyes and scalp. Throw on some sunnies and your SPF and you’re good to go ❤
