Nothing makes my mind more clear like a good workout…and especially yoga. With rushed mornings I love waking up 1/2 hour earlier before the kids wake up and I’ll turn on one of my favorite Yoga dvd’s. On those super rushed mornings when I don’t have time for a 1/2 hour workout I will at least spend 10 min doing stretches. I need to be religious about that since I’ve been known to throw out my back from time to time. This all started when I was 25…so I stand strong behind saying it has nothing to do with getting older…lol. Anyways I always get more motivated to work out with cute workout clothes. Especially pieces that can be worn out in public to run errands afterwards. I just want to be comfortable and look put together at the same time. That’s why I am such a huge fan of athleisure wear and a fan of Jockey for having quality items at a great price. Scroll down to see my current go to outfit!

These high shine leggings are so good! This high stretch, moisture wicking fabric is so high quality and really holds you in. Because of the pretty sheen of these leggings they almost look a little dressy. Whether you wear these as athleisure, active wear or street wear they are a great addition to your wardrobe. And yay they are on sale right now! I love getting my staple items from Jockey. The quality is so good and the price is even better. FYI: I’m wearing the size S. They are long on me so I folded the bottom. I’m 5-7.
C A R D I G A N
This open cardigan is such a great staple piece and really affordable. So easy to throw over a camisole or basic tee with joggers, leggings or denim jeans. This comes in black and grey and is so versatile and great for layering. Such a great item to travel with.
S P O R T S B R A
This sports bra is really cute! The mesh detail is so fun and makes it look more expensive. The material is really soft and the fit is great! I would say it provides great support for yoga or a low impact workout but not so much for running. However, it is great to wear when lounging around the house or running errands.
